With iQonnect Time PRO you control the working times of all employees on site. Track easily which employees are truly on site and when they arrive and leave. 

It can be used with a simple smartphone as a time and attendance terminal. Place the smartphone in the building, mount it on the wall or table, switch the mobile iQonnect application to a special time mode and use it as a time recording device for all your employees.

Use any iQonnect compatible smartphone as a time and attendance terminal on site and register all check-ins and check-outs by four different functionalities:
 
  1. Basic PIN function: Every employee gets a numeric secret PIN code to check-in and -out  
  2. NFC Tagging function: Every employee wears his personal NFC tag to check-in and -out
  3. GPS time registration mode for mobile teams: Workers need to be equipped with smartphones and are registered by GPS
  4. NFC-sticker technology: NFC stickers are installed on site – employees with their own or corporate smartphones can touch the sticker to check-in and check-out, this technology is hard to fake, but requires a smartphone for each worker

  • The Time PRO module is activated in the iQonnect APIs, so with a little extra effort you can integrate almost any third-party time registration equipment at your convenience into iQonnect
  • All time registration information is sent to the cloud in real-time. The current data of all registered employees is available both mobile and on the web portal in form of Excel sheet export for further analysis
  • Analyse and visualise with the Report PRO module all time registration data easily in real time
